What if I want to change my order once its placed?

What happens if my order says delivered and I didnt receive my package?

The worst feeling in the world is getting a notification, but not a package.  We do our best to partner with reliable shipping carriers.  Unfortunately, once the items leave our facilities we can no longer assume responsibility.  The best course of action is to reach out to your local post office and see if it was taken to a different location.
